Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or ammend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or period.

This website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by Taya's Plus Size Jewellery (the "linked Sites"). Taya's Plus size Jewellery has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with Taya's Plus Size Jewellery you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Taya's Plus Size Jewellery retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and acurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitiute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispached to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are un-able to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will recieve a full refund.

Returns Policy

Order Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Taya's Plus Size Jewellery, for a full refund. This does not apply to Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Order cancellations must be made by letter or email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods.

Return or exchange an Item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of reciept. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on reciept, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Earrings are non-returnable.
Please Note:
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Delivery Information.

UK & Northern Ireland
We charge a standard fee of £2.95 for each delivery within the U.K or Northern Ireland. Your goods will be sent via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery. Special Delivery (Next Day) can be arranged for an additional cost, please contact us with your requirements.

Europe including Southern Ireland
Customers from Europe will be charged £3.95 postage and packing. Goods will be sent airmail recorded delivery and please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

US, Australia & Canada
Customers will be charged £5.95 postage and packing. Goods will be sent airmail by recorded delivery and you should allow up to 10-14 days for delivery depending upon your location.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs ploicies vary from country to country: you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Privacy
Taya's Plus Size Jewellery is totally comitted to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing our services to you eg arranging for a product to be sent to you. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address or any other personal information to any third party.
